Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for this recruitment, it is mandatory that you meet the educational qualification, skill requirements and age limit:
Educational Qualification
- Personal Assistant & Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a school recognised by the University Grant Commission.
- Data Entry Operator & Lower Division Clerk: Class 12 Examination with any stream from a class recognised by the BSEB or CBSE.
Skill Requirements
- Personal Assistant: Hindi or English Stenography 100 w.p.m. + Typing 30 w.p.m. + Computer Certificate.
- Stenographer: Hindi or English stenography 80 w.p.m. + typing 30 w.p.m. + computer certificate.
- Data Entry Operator: Typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour + Computer Certificate.
- Lower Division Clerk: Hindi or English typing 30 w.p.m. + Computer Certificate.
Age Limit
- Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Data Entry Operator & Lower Division Clerk: 18 to 37 years.
The upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for males of BC and EBC and females of UR, BC and EBC and 5 years for males and females of SC and ST.
Application Fee
In order to apply for this recruitment, a candidate is required to pay the application fee of ₹100 using a debit card, credit card, NET banking or UPI. The payable amount for all male and female aspirants is the same.

Pay Scale

- Stenographer: Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) per month

The pay scales are under the 7th Central Pay Commission. Additionally, you will get Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other benefits.
