The upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC and ST individuals. There is additional relaxation for 10 years for the PwBD candidates.
Application Fee
In order to apply for the recruitment of MT under the BDL, it is mandatory that you meet the eligibility requirements. For a candidate who belongs to Unreserved, Other Backward Class or Economically Weaker Section has to pay the amount of ₹500.
If you belong to Schedule Tribes, Schedule Caste, Person with Benchmark Disability or Ex-showroom, you aren’t required to pay a single penny. You can pay it using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway.
Selection Process
The selection process for recruitment of management trainees under Bharat Dynamics Limited consists of two stages, which are a computer-based test and a personal interview. They will prepare the final selection list based on the performance in the CBT and PI with a weightage of 85:15.
The date for the CBT is announced; it will be conducted by the BDL on January 11, 2026. Note that the date for the second stage of the selection process will be most probably in March 2026, and the appointment procedure is expected to take place most probably in April or May 2026.
