How to complete the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana e-KYC?

To complete the e-KYC for the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, the step-by-step instructions are available below. Go through the listed points to complete the procedure. 

  • Go to the official website of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, which is accessible at ladakibahin.maharashtra.gov.in/.
  • Find and click on the option that reads ‘मुख्यमंत्री माझी लाडकी बहिण योजनेचे लाभार्थी ई-केवायसी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्यासाठी येथे क्लिक करावे’ and go to the next page.
  • Here, you have to enter your Aadhaar number and CAPTCHA, choose the option of ‘मी सहमत आहे’ and click on the ‘ओटीपी पाठवा’ button to get OTP on the mobile number linked with the Aadhaar.
  • Lastly, you have to enter the OTP received by you and click on the Submit button to complete the e-KYC procedure for this scheme.

If you do not have the mobile number which is linked to your Aadhar, then in this situation, first of all, you will have to go to the nearest Aadhar enrolment centre and get the new mobile number updated in your Aadhar; only after that will you be able to complete the above-mentioned process.

Who is eligible to get the benefit under this scheme?

In order to apply for the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, it is mandatory that one meet the eligibility requirements:

  • Must be a citizen of India and live in Maharashtra,
  • Should be between the ages of 21 and 65 years, and 
  • Family annual income shouldn’t be below 2.5 lakh rupees.

If you meet all the above requirements, you are eligible to get the benefit of the monthly payment of ₹1,500 through the direct deposit transfer (DBT) in the Aadhaar-based bank account.

What documents are required to get benefits under this scheme?

To prove the eligibility for the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, it is mandatory that you have the required documents. They are:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • EWS Certificate 
  • Bank Account Passbook 

Note that the EWS certificate must be issued by the local authority in the current financial year. And the most important thing is that the name and details must be the same on all the required documents; even a single error may result in rejection.

How to apply for the benefit under this scheme?

The application process for the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin is quite easy; you can apply online and offline. The step-by-step instructions for both are available below.

Online

  1. Open the Ladki Bahin Yojana’s official website. 
  2. Tap on the Apply button and start the applicant registration process.
  3. Enter your personal information, including name, age and address.
  4. Provide family details and declare annual family income limits.
  5. Fill in the Aadhaar-linked bank account number, IFSC and branch name.
  6. Upload Aadhaar card, bank passbook and valid income proof.
  7. Review all entered details carefully and click the final submit button.

Offline

  1. Visit the nearest Gram Panchayat, Ward Office, CSC or Seva Kendra.
  2. Ask for the Majhi Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana application form.
  3. Fill in the personal details like name, age, address and contact.
  4. Write family information and total annual income clearly.
  5. Enter Aadhaar-linked bank account details and IFSC code.
  6. Attach photocopies of Aadhaar, bank passbook and income certificate.
  7. Submit the application form and take the acknowledgement receipt copy.

After the submission of the application form, it is processed within a week, and then the payment will be processed.
